Applicable entity: Song Dynasty Pte. Ltd. (referred to as "we," "us," or "the Company").
Applicable scope: These Terms cover only browsing and inquiry activity on the dynastysong.com website; they do not cover actual use of the three SaaS products (Sign-up & Login Management, Payment Integration Management, and Server & Domain Management) — terms of use for these products will be established separately and published once the relevant consoles formally launch.

This Website is an informational portal operated by Song Dynasty Pte. Ltd. to present information about the Company's software products and to provide a contact channel for inquiries.

The following service boundaries are quoted verbatim from the Company's requirements document:

We provide SaaS software. Customers select, purchase or activate third-party services themselves, and complete the related contracting and integration on their own.

• We do not sell or provide server resources.
• We do not provide payment channels; payment services must be applied for and activated by the customer with the relevant third party.
• Domains are registered and renewed by the customer themselves with a third party.

We provide SaaS software and related technical support. Third-party services such as servers, domains and payment channels are selected, activated and connected by customers themselves.

The specific terms governing use of the three products within their respective consoles will be established separately and published once the consoles formally launch, and are outside the scope of these Terms.

3. Nature of Website Content

Portions of the content displayed on this Website are labeled "illustrative UI" or "sample data"; such labeled content is for display purposes only and does not represent the actual interface or data of the products. Specific functionality and implementation are governed by the actual product and by a separate product terms of service agreed between the parties.
